Can I cancel, dispute, or recall a completed transaction?

You can't cancel any transfer that has been completed in Wittix. Every completed transfer in Wittix is final and Wittix cannot reverse or recall any transfer once your transfer has been marked as "Completed".

Wittix is unable to mediate disputes between senders and recipients so we highly recommend establishing trust with a business or person before setting up any transfers.

While we can't get involved in disputes, we will do our best to keep our customers safe and will, therefore, investigate any claims of fraud that may have been perpetuated using our services. In the case that we will find someone used Wittix fraudulently we will immediately block their ability to receive or send payments from or to Wittix.
