What if I’m unable to verify my identity?

The verification result can be very quick or can take awhile if it needs further review. It can be up to 12 hours or more for you to hear back from us.

If your verification has failed, please try again and double check that your photos are clear and all document photos are readable without any blur or reflection and that they meet our documentation requirements. You can read more details about the requirements here.

Please note, also, that you need to be within our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you are still having issues to verifying your identity, please contact our support so they can assist by helping identify the issue.

While we will do everything we can to help, if we cannot make a positive live identification we will be unable to proceed with account opening.
