Why are my transfer still on pending status?

Transfers can be pending if the Wittix systems identifies that more information is required regarding the transfer or there is an issue with the beneficiary bank details.

Help our systems to know better your nature of business and activity.

In order to avoid any delays with payments we recommend making sure the beneficiary details are correct and that you have uploaded the required documents supporting your transfer to help our systems recognize the nature of the payment and origin or destination. This assists us in executing the payment rapidly, especially when you are sending to new beneficiaries in your account.

Note: SWIFT transfers can take up to 5 working days.
