Why is my transfer still pending?

We are doing our best to improve our systems while also meeting our legal internal requirements. Therefore, sometimes we need more information as our system recognized and is requesting more clarification before executing or receiving payments.

Transfers can be delayed mostly by the following reasons:

  • Details are incorrect and transfer cannot be executed
  • The nature of the payment is not clear to the system
  • The transfer does not meet our legal internal requirements
  • The transfer was to a bank in an unsupported country
  • The system recognized a suspicion transaction that does not meet our requirements
